At Northstead, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and other important information.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Personalized/Custom Orders: Items requiring personalization or custom work may take longer to process. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated processing times, usually 10 business days.

You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Standard/Economy Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

Currently, Northstead does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are constantly evaluating our shipping capabilities and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the shipping carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, and contact your local post office or carrier. If you still can't locate it, please contact us at wearnorthstead@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will do our best to assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage to both the package and the product(s) and contact us immediately at wearnorthstead@gmail.com Please retain all packaging materials. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Northstead is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
